Getting Started & Software

How does bookkeeping work?

Can I use QuickBooks?

Yes. We support industry-standard business software, including QuickBooks, to ensure your financial data is managed using modern, reliable tools.

Do you support Xero?

Yes. In addition to QuickBooks, we work with Xero and other major cloud-based accounting platforms to provide seamless support for your business.

Process & Communication

How do I send documents?

We prioritize secure document handling. You can send documents via our designated client portal or through authorized shared document links (such as Google Drive or OneDrive). This ensures your financial records are protected from unauthorized access.

How do I communicate with the team?

Primary communication is handled through our Contact page and email. We strive to respond to all general inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours to ensure your needs are met promptly.

Do you work with my CPA?

Absolutely. We provide clean, audit-ready financial statements and records that make it easier for your CPA to handle your tax filings and high-level strategic planning.

Projects & Reporting

How long does cleanup take?

Cleanup projects are intensive and the timeline depends on the volume of historical data that needs to be organized. We provide a clear Statement of Work at the start of each project to outline expected milestones and delivery dates.

How do monthly reports work?

Under our monthly bookkeeping model, we provide recurring financial reporting at the end of each service cycle. These reports help you track KPIs and maintain operational excellence.

Can I access previous reports?

Yes. If you have an active client portal or user account, you can access your historical financial records and previous reports at any time.

Security, Billing & Cancellation

How secure is my information?

Security is a core part of our Professional Integrity. We use industry-standard encryption, limited access controls for staff, and secure cloud environments to protect your sensitive financial data.

How do invoices work?

We operate on a subscription billing model for monthly services, with payments processed at the start of each cycle. For cleanup or consulting projects, we may use a combination of initial deposits and progressive billing based on milestones.

Can I cancel my services?

Yes. To cancel a monthly bookkeeping subscription, we require 30 days' notice before your next billing date. For cleanup projects, you are responsible for payment for all work performed up to the date of cancellation.
